The Guardian reports senior judges will determine whether the identity of a foreign businessman and his former wife should be revealed to the public. Editors at the Times want the judges to reveal the names of the businessman and his ex-wife, who he is currently battling with over money. The newspaper was able to win the first round of hearings after Justice Moor ruled in favor of the Times in the family division of the high court in London. The unidentified businessman appealed the decision, and the media will not be allowed to report on the names of the parties involved until the appeal judges make their ruling.
