The Italian data protection authority, Garante, released an online guide for the General Data Protection Regulation, Telecompaper reports. The DPA said the guide is designed to assist Italian businesses on the best ways to implement the GDPR and to raise awareness about new rights recognized in the rules. The guide includes six different sections on the GDPR, including legal grounds for data processing, rights of interested parties and international data transfers.
