  • Ireland's Data Protection Commission released guidance on suggested qualifications for a data protection officer. The DPC lists recommendations for relevant expertise and experience that should be considered, but noted appropriate qualifications "should be determined according to the personal data processing operations carried out" by an organization. The DPC also announced changes to its data breach notification web form.
  • Singapore's Personal Data Protection Commission updated its guides on data protection impact assessments and data protection management programs to better align with the Personal Data Protection Act.
