The Irish Data Protection Commission fined Tusla 75,000 euros for violations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, The Irish Times reports. The child and family agency is the first Irish entity to be fined by the DPC for GDPR infringements. An investigation found three instances in which Tusla disclosed children's information to unauthorized individuals. A Tusla spokeswoman said the company will not contest the fine.
