The U.K. Information Commissioner's Office issued a reprimand to Thames Valley Police for allegedly disclosing information about witnesses to suspected criminals. In one instance, police divulged the address of a witness to a suspect, which required the witness to relocate to a different address. The ICO said, "TVP did not have appropriate steps, such as training, in place to ensure officers were aware of guidance around disclosure and redaction."
