Meanwhile, privacy organizations said they will take legal action against England’s government if it fails to provide details on protecting data under the Test and Trace scheme, and the Dutch data protection authority, Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, said a plan requiring phone companies to provide anonymized data to the National Institute for Public Health and the Environment compromises privacy.
