It's been three years since the EU General Data Protection Regulation took effect, but organizations are still attempting to grasp the law and its corresponding guidance and documentation. The IAPP recently updated its "GDPR Genius," an interactive tool that provides privacy professionals with access to critical GDPR-related resources. The tool carries relevant recitals, European Data Protection Board and member state guidance, relevant court cases, regulatory enforcement and other tools.
