The IAPP annually keeps tabs on the progress of privacy bills under consideration by the California Legislature. The "California Privacy Legislation Tracker" has been updated to share results of 2023 bills that aimed to amend the California Consumer Privacy Act and may otherwise impact how organizations understand or approach the law. Notably, this tracker does not include every sectoral data privacy law, rather, it highlights any California data law with potential privacy implications across sectors.
