With the California Legislature considering bills that would amend the California Consumer Privacy Act, the IAPP updated the "CCPA Amendment Tracker" in its Resource Center. The latest changes include a proposed bill to extend the exemptions for employment and business-to-business information until Jan. 1, 2022, if the California Privacy Rights Act ballot initiative does not pass. The tracker lists the bill number, a brief summary of the amendment, the bill's status and its last legislative action.
