Following the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling, organizations around the world have begun conducting transfer impact assessments. Vischer AG Partner David Rosenthal shared a pair of templates to help privacy professionals as they conduct TIAs. The templates cover transfers using European Union standard contractual clauses and risk assessments associated specifically with cloud computing. The IAPP welcomes additional templates that can be shared with the privacy community.
