The IAPP launched its annual Governance Survey. Each year, the IAPP and EY examine various aspects of privacy and data protection operations. This year's survey builds on previous iterations and also asks questions about compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, Brazil's General Data Protection Law and the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling. All results are analyzed in the aggregate, and the format ensures no one can correlate answers with participants' names or email addresses.
