On Oct. 6, 2015, just a short while after what may end up being an historic ruling by the European Court of Justice on the invalidity of Safe Harbor, the IAPP held an audioconference hosted by IAPP VP of Research and Education Omer Tene to parse the ruling and look to the future for those companies that have previously relied on the Safe Harbor framework for international data transfers from the EU to the U.S.
