The IAPP launched its annual Governance Survey but is still looking for more respondents. Each year, the survey examines and benchmarks various aspects of privacy and data protection operations. This year's survey — building on previous iterations and asking questions about compliance with the California Consumer Privacy Act, Brazil's General Data Protection Law and the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling — will soon close. All results are analyzed in the aggregate, and the format ensures no one can correlate answers with participants' names or email addresses.
