In a blog post, Information Accountability Foundation Executive Director Martin Abrams introduced the group's recent report, "Addressing Human Resources Data Flows in Light of European Data Protection Board Recommendations." IAF's Nancy Lowrance and Lynn Goldstein explored how companies are dealing with the impacts of the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" decision on transfers of HR data from the EU. Abrams noted the scope of this research "is relevant to other national and draft provincial laws that require adequacy."
