IAB Europe has made the draft technical specifications for its GDPR Transparency & Consent Framework open for public comment. The framework is designed to help various groups meet the transparency and user choice requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, while also including technical specifications to give users and companies greater control and insight into who can access the data of consumers within the EU. Any organization wishing to work with stakeholders involved in the development of the framework and wanting to provide feedback can do so until April 8, with the final version expected to be released by mid-April.
