The U.S. Department of Health and Human Services will host a symposium Monday, Oct. 22, bringing together privacy professionals from academia, government and industry. From 9:15 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. EDT, panelists at the “Data Min(d)ing: Privacy and Our Digital Identities” will focus on various privacy concerns, including a range from genetics and data sharing to internet-connected devices and technological tools. Registration is free, and the symposium will be streaming for virtual attendees.
