With the coming into force of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, many companies are dealing for the first time with how to operationalize requests for data subjects to exercise their rights, as well as how to manage the process of performing data protection impact assessments, Article 30 record-keeping requirements, and breach notification obligations. In order to create some baseline data, the IAPP and TrustArc have created a survey that should take roughly 15 minutes for in-house privacy professionals to fill out and help establish what peers are experiencing.
