Alphabet and Google CEO Sundar Pichai has promised the tech company will uphold privacy while it explores the use of artificial intelligence in the health care space, CNBC reports. After discussing his support of AI regulations earlier in the week, Pichai said Wednesday at the World Economic Forum, “When we work with hospitals, the data belongs to the hospitals.” Google's foray into health care innovation has come under fire in recent months following privacy concerns raised by "Project Nightingale" and the acquisition of Fitbit.
