Google Analytics has announced that as of Aug. 29, it had adhered with the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield, the company announced in a statement. “From now on, Google has committed to applying the Privacy Shield’s principles and safeguards to EU-U.S. transfers of personal data, by default,” the statement read. Meanwhile, video technology provider Kaltura announced that it was one of the first U.S. companies to comply with Privacy Shield, it announced in a press release.
