Baden-Württemberg Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information issued its 2020 activity report. While the data protection authority saw an increase in data breaches and complaints, it touted its work on children's privacy and the creation of an Education Center for Data Protection and Freedom of Information. Additionally, the DPA outlined its response to the "Schrems II" ruling on EU-U.S. data transfers and its work on COVID-19-related privacy issues.
