  • The U.S. Federal Trade Commission on Oct. 21 will discuss the findings of orders issued to six major internet service providers to better understand their privacy practices, Chair Lina Khan announced. 
  • Khan and Director of the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau Rohit Chopra filed an amicus brief urging the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit to overturn a lower court decision they argue would undermine the Fair Credit Reporting Act "by granting immunity to consumer reporting agencies under Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act."
