A report by the Future of Privacy Forum analyzes real-life automated decision-making cases under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The report draws from more than 70 court cases, decisions from data protection authorities, guidance and other policy documents. FPF said its analysis “shows that the GDPR as a whole is relevant for ADM cases and has been effectively applied to protect the rights of individuals in such cases,” noting detailed transparency obligations and strict conditions for valid consent.
