The U.S. Federal Communications Commission voted to introduce a voluntary program that would create a cybersecurity label for Internet-of-Things and smart devices. The program would allow companies to obtain a "U.S. Cyber Trust Mark" to ensure consumer products have proper cybersecurity safeguards.
