The European Commission is accepting applicants for a chief technology officer to advise on digital strategy priorities and projects, including the Digital Markets Act. The CTO will have a team of 16 staff members "driven by a passion for digital technologies," the posting states, adding the candidate "requires a very good understanding of the needs of the business side and delivering solutions that match those needs while putting the specialist skills of the Chief Technology Officer's Team members to the best and most efficient use."
