The General Court of the Court of Justice of the European Union expects legal challenges to the EU Digital Markets Act by the end of 2023, Reuters reports. General Court of the European Union President Marc van der Woude said the court anticipates questions regarding how the DMA classifies "gatekeepers" and the subsequent obligations that fall on them. "Probably the end of this year, beginning of next year we might see the first cases and I don't think it will stop," van der Woude said.
