The European Data Protection Law Review has opened a call for papers for master's and Ph.D. students interested in privacy. "The contribution must deal with a data protection issue and address it from a European perspective," the news release states, adding, "The preferred approach is legal, but interdisciplinary approaches are also welcome." The top five submissions will be published in the European Data Protection Law Review, and three finalists will be invited to present their work at the Computers, Privacy & Data Protection Conference in Brussels, Belgium, in January 2019. The paper must be written in English and be between 5,000 and 7,000 words. Deadline for submission is Oct. 10, 2018.
