The European Data Protection Board adopted letters addressed to the United Nations and the European Union Agency for Cybersecurity on separate data protection matters. With the UN, the EDPB said it would potentially consider guidance pertaining to international data transfers to UN System Organisations. The letter to ENISA focused on the European Cybersecurity Certification Scheme for Cloud Services' compliance and consistency with the Court of Justice of the European Union's "Schrems II" ruling on data transfers.
