The European Data Protection Board offered a recap of recent decision and guidance documents adopted during its previous two plenary sessions. Among the publications was the EDPB's urgent binding decision to reject a request from Hamburg's Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information to ban data sharing between WhatsApp and Facebook. Additional documents available included guidance on codes of conduct as data transfer tools as well as guidance on controller and processor concepts.
