The European Data Protection Board published its opinion approving the draft decision from the Spanish data protection authority, the AEPD, on the binding corporate rules of Fujikura Automotive Europe Group under the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The EDPB concluded the BCRs in the draft decision "contain appropriate safeguards" that will "not [be] undermined when personal data will be transferred to and processed by the group members based in third countries."
