The European Data Protection Board released the draft agenda for its 13th plenary meeting. The EDPB will feature a memorial tribute to honor former European Data Protection Supervisor Giovanni Buttarelli following his death last month. The board will also run down its current areas of focus, which include guidelines on data subject rights, data portability and “remuneration to data subjects/app users in exchange for their personal data,” and whether the EDPB will participate as an observer to the upcoming International Conference of Data Protection and Privacy Commissioners.
