The European Data Protection Board published its two opinions on the European Commission's draft U.K. adequacy decision. The opinions assess the commission's draft decision under the EU General Data Protection Regulation and Law Enforcement Directive. The EDPB highlights the areas of alignment between the EU and U.K. frameworks in the opinions, as well as areas that need to be further monitored by the commission.
