Belgium’s Data Protection Authority launched a public consultation on its draft recommendation on biometric data processing. Feedback is welcomed until 1 Sept. "The aim of this recommendation is to guide data controllers in order to enable them to apply and correctly interpret the data protection rules relating to the processing of biometric data," the DPA said.
