The European Data Protection Board announced the agenda for its 12th plenary session, which took place Monday and Tuesday in Brussels. Atop the agenda were a trio of opinions on standard contractual clauses for processors under Article 28(8) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation, the accreditation criteria for monitoring bodies of codes of conduct, and the continuance of the competence of a national authority in case of a change in circumstances relating to the main or single establishment. The EDPB and the European Data Protection Supervisor also offered a joint consultation on the processing of patients’ data in the eHealth Digital Service Infrastructure.
