- The European Data Protection Board adopted a statement on the draft ePrivacy Regulation during its 46th plenary session. The EDPB also adopted guidelines on virtual voice assistants and connected vehicles, as well as discussed the draft U.K. adequacy decision.
- The EDPB and European Data Protection Supervisor adopted a joint opinion on the proposed Data Governance Act. The EDPB and EDPS acknowledged the "legitimate objective" of the DGA to improve data-sharing conditions in the internal market and called on co-legislators to ensure the future DGA is in line with EU data protection legislation.
