The Personal Data Authority and the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs worked in tandem to develop an online guide for businesses developing a “standard” privacy policy, Telecompaper reports. The guide employs a “series of questions” to get users started developing the policy, which is specifically targeted for use on “consumer-facing websites,” the report states. Meanwhile, The Information Commissioner’s Office published a series of consultations on “privacy notices, transparency and control,” available to the public until 24 March, the agency announced on its website.
