A group of British Uber drivers is taking the company to court in Amsterdam demanding access to information it collects about them, Reuters reports. The drivers also want to know how Uber’s algorithms work, which they said gather driver performance, behavior and other traits to determine the allocation of available rides and fares. “Uber should offer total transparency,” Ekker Advocatuur's Anton Ekker said. Uber said it shares the information it is required to with drivers and cannot share more due to passenger privacy.
