Deven McGraw is the chief regulatory officer at Ciitizen, a new health care company aiming to create a more effective personal health record tool for patients. McGraw recently completed her service as the deputy director for health information privacy at the Office for Civil Rights in the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, the primary enforcement agency for the HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules.
