Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, announced an EU General Data Protection Regulation compliance order against rental agency Boligportal related to EU-U.S. data transfers. The regulator investigated the company for potential unlawful transfers using Facebook Business Tools, but Datatilsynet could not render a decision due to lack of information. However, Datatilsynet ordered Boligportal to clarify "the distribution of roles and responsibilities" between the company and Meta Ireland to help better define if data is being transferred to third countries.
