The measure outlines fines to public authorities, processing personal data as part of HR administration, the disclosure of personal data for marketing purposes, and the exception to the duty of disclosure and the right of access, among others. The recently enacted EU General Data Protection Regulation and the Danish Data Protection Act serve to repeal the Danish Personal Data Processing Act.
