The deadline to submit written comments about the proposed California Consumer Privacy Act regulations to the California Office of the Attorney General is Dec. 6 at 5 p.m. PST. Comments can be mailed to the privacy regulations coordinator within the office or via email at PrivacyRegulations@doj.ca.gov. The attorney general will not accept any comments sent after the deadline. All comments received by the office will be posted on its website and are subject to the Public Records Act. The attorney general's office is also hosting public hearings in San Francisco and Fresno Dec. 4 and 5 respectively.
