The European Data Protection Board published the agenda for its June plenary session, which includes several items related to international data transfers. The board will first discuss potential adoption of guidelines for using certifications as tools for transfers. There will also be expert subgroup dialogue on the proposed Trans-Atlantic Data Privacy Framework and data transfers to Russia. Non-transfer topics to be covered include subgroup reviews of existing guidelines on data breach notification and the EU General Data Protection Regulation's one-stop-shop mechanism.
