Calamu Technologies raised $2.4 million for its data fragmentation platform that makes it difficult for cybercriminals to meaningfully share stolen data, VentureBeat reports. The technology constantly monitors data and stores it in a safe harbor spanning three platforms. If an attempted attack is detected, the tech automatically blocks it while ensuring the data remains accessible to its rightful owners.
