A monthlong data breach of the Kathmandu website may have exposed the personal details of thousands of customers, Stuff reports. In a statement, the company said it is actively investigating a breach that took place between 8 Jan. and 12 Feb. when an unauthorized user accessed the company’s website platform and may have captured personal information and payment details of customers. “Whilst the independent forensic investigation is ongoing, we are notifying customers and relevant authorities as soon as practicable,” Kathmandu CEO Xavier Simonet said.
