Forbes reports more than 23 million CafePress user accounts have been affected by a data breach that occurred in February. Affected users were notified of the breach by Have I Been Pwned, the breach database service. Hackers accessed email addresses, physical addresses, phone numbers and account passwords. It appears the passwords of roughly half of the users were encoded with a "weak encryption method." The passwords of users who accessed the site through third-party applications were not affected.
