Denmark’s data protection authority, Datatilsynet, published guidance for data controllers on supervising data processors. The DPA said data controllers have a responsibility to ensure data processors are processing information properly. The guidance answers questions including when supervision is appropriate and how to conduct it and when. It includes a points scale and six guiding supervisory concepts that give controllers a sense of risk in processing personal data.
