Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, fined PrivatBo DKK 150,000 for violations of the EU General Data Protection Regulation. The management company inadvertently handed over personal information as it assisted in the sale of three properties. The information was located on 424 USB keys given to the occupants of the properties by PrivatBo. The DPA found the company violated Article 32 by failing to have proper technical and security measures in place.
