  • Denmark's data protection authority, Datatilsynet, requested public comments on topics to be included in upcoming guidance for data processing related to direct marketing activities. The guidelines will aim to address consent for processing under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, data retention, profiling and more. The deadline for public feedback is Aug. 15.
  • France's DPA, the Commission nationale de l’informatique et des libertés, announced a public consultation on a draft framework for processing minors' data in relation to the social and medical care sectors. The public comment period ends July 31.

    Are you sure about the Danish guidelines? The linked page refers to a request to all actors with an interest in marketing to submit proposals for topics and issues that may be affected by the forthcoming guidelines. It seems that a draft is not available yet
