A Singapore Airlines customer reported she was able to view the personal information of an unknown user who was mistakenly included on her frequent flyer profile for the airline, ZDNet reports. The customer reported that an airline representative had blamed the security breach on a “software bug” and that her personal data was not compromised. Separately, a call agent for the airline advised anyone facing similar incidents to report the breach to the company.
