The Croatian Presidency of the Council of the European Union released its latest ePrivacy Regulation proposal draft. The draft includes modifications on articles that cover the protection of end users’ terminal equipment information and permitted processing of electronic communications data. It also includes alterations to Recital 12 regarding machine-to-machine and internet-of-things services. The latest draft will be a topic of discussion during Working Party on Telecommunications and Information Society meetings March 12 and 19.
