Following a score of retirements, the Office of Personnel Management is looking to hire a Chief Privacy Officer, FedScoop reports. While the agency didn’t respond to a request for comment, the job listing describes the position as the “OPM's principal point of contact with other federal agencies, private organizations, and other stakeholders on privacy matters.” Meanwhile, The Washington Post reports that the OPM’s Inspector General Patrick E. McFarland is retiring after a 25-year tenure.
